Civil rights groups sue to block Trump's new birthright citizenship order

Civil rights organizations, including the ACLU, have filed a court challenge against a new executive order issued by Trump that seeks to restrict birthright citizenship. Separately, ABC News reported that a federal court blocked another part of a Trump executive order related to mail-in voting.
